Trip Details

PARENT MEETING scheduled for Wednesday January 15th in the HS Cafeteria 6-7 PM
- Please plan to attend with your student participant! Please contact me if you can not be there.
- Parent Meeting Topics and Itinerary are in the google classroom.

Trip Cost/ $600
Dates/ January 23-26 (Thursday-Sunday the end of exam week)
The trip will only impact students that are taking science retake exams from June
We will leave from the school around 3:00 PM on Thursday and return around 11:30 PM on Sunday.
Rooming requests can be for 3 or 4 occupants of the same gender orientation.

$600 Cost Includes:
1 Day lift ticket to Bolton Valley
2 Days lift tickets to Sugarbush
Niagara Scenic transportation to and from
Three nights hotel stay
(3) breakfasts supplied by the hotel
(2) dinners (one off site/ one supplied by the hotel)

Steps AND FORMS

Students can join the Google Classroom
Review the Parent Information Form with an adult.
Register for the Vermont Trip (This can also be found in the Classroom)
Download the Field Trip Consent Form for the Vermont Trip ny November 8th. (There are copies in room 166 if needed and Yes you need to fill out another one even if you already turned one in for Ski Club)
Bring in cash or check made out to Lancaster HS Ski Club for either the deposit in the amount of $200 by November 8th. (Or pay in full)

DEADLINES

Sign-ups end on November 8th!
Seniority Policy: All Ski Club Members and past participants have seniority privilege ONLY until November 1st. Don't slack or you could miss out!
If we do not fill by November 1st, we will open registration to the rest of the school.
Max occupancy of this trip is 86 students.
