Spring Sports Physicals / ImPact Testing

Any athlete with an expired physical needs to get an updated one into the Health Office (HO) by March 1st.  If the athlete is unable to get an appointment for a physical before that date, please contact the H.O. ASAP.

Any athlete with an expired ImPact test needs to contact the H.O. before March 1st for scheduling details.  

Athletes are always informed of the status of their physical and ImPact test at the time they turn in their parent consent forms.
