School Dr. Physicals for New Athletes - 2026-27 School Year
School physicals for new athletes will take place at Lancaster High School in August.
A current physical examination, completed within one year of the start of the sports season, must be on file in the Health Office for any student participating in interscholastic sports. Students who have not obtained the necessary physical will be ineligible for the sports program. While physicals from private medical doctors are accepted, they should be documented on the Required NYS School Health Examination Form, which can be found on the Health Office Web Page under "Health Forms".
Free physicals provided by the school physician remain available through the Lancaster Central School District before each sport season begins. For new LHS students participating in a school sport, physicals are scheduled for August 13th at 11 am. A parent/guardian must contact the Health Office if they would like their student to have the physical done in school; no student will be scheduled without this request. If your child has had a physical that has not yet been turned in, please submit it as soon as possible.

- Delivery to the Main Office or the locked drop box located to the right of the Main Entrance
- Fax to 716-686-3268
