PHYSICALS / IMPACT TESTS - Parochial & Transfer Students

 

Incoming Students for the 2026-2027 School Year 

 

If your son/daughter will be attending Lancaster High School next year and plans to participate in an interscholastic sport, a current physical must be on file in the Health Office.  Physicals will be offered to these students on Wednesday, May 27th, starting at 2:45 p.m.  An appointment is necessary.  Appointments can be made by calling or emailing the Health Office between May 1st and May 22nd.

In addition, all athletes must take the ImPact test in order to participate in sports.  This test will be given on the 1st day of tryouts.
