WINTER 2024 Sports Registration

Attention Athletes

• Online signups are Monday, Oct. 7th, through Tuesday, Oct. 15th.  Go to the Athletics link on our school website to sign up.  After Oct. 15th, the site will be closed down and you will no longer be able to sign up. 
• You will need to print the consent form when you sign up.  If you are unable to print the form, please stop in the Health Office or the Athletic Office AFTER you have signed up and you will be given one.  
• Consent forms will be accepted in the Health Office through Friday, Oct. 18th.  You must personally hand in this form. 
• The medical interview will be given at the time the consent form is turned in.  You will be informed whether or not you need to provide a current physical and/or take the ImPact test before the start of the season. 
• After Oct. 18th, the consent form will be considered LATE and you will have to sit out the first day of tryouts.

 

Attention Parents and Athletes 

• All athletes must have a current physical (dated on or after 11/1/2023).   We accept physicals by the athlete's physician but that information needs to be on file in the Health Office by Nov. 1st.  If we do not have the paperwork in the Health Office by that date, there may be a delay for the athlete to start.  Physicals can be:
  • dropped off to the Health Office by the athlete while school is in session
  • dropped into the locked dropbox to the right of the High School Main Entrance Doors (please mark "ATTN: Health Office")
  • emailed to one of the addresses below
  • faxed directly to the Health Office at 716-686-3268

• Physicals by our school doctor will be offered Thursday, Oct. 24th, for those students who cannot provide a current one.  A parent/guardian will need to call the Health Office by Monday, Oct. 14th, if they'd like to schedule their son/daughter for this physical .
• The Impact/Concussion Test will be given to any athlete who needs it.  All athletes in need of taking the test will need to stop by/contact the Health Office for scheduling details.
